roadmap Plan for USTC Repeg – Proposed Development Workflow
1. Implement Oracle Price Feed for USTC
o Goal: Develop and integrate a real-time price feed for USTC into the Oracle module or new one , similar to LUNC's system.
o Action: Upgrade the Oracle system to handle USTC and test accuracy.
o Output: Reliable price feed for USTC in test environments.
2. Create Staking Mechanism for USTC
o Goal: Develop a staking system for USTC without governance functions.
o Action:
Enable staking for USTC holders.
Test reward logic and mechanisms for validator incentives to run USTC price feeders.
o Output: Functional USTC staking module.
3. Establish Oracle Rewards Pool for USTC
o Goal: Set up an empty Oracle Pool for USTC rewards allocation.
o Action:
Create the pool.
Await community decisions on filling it (e.g., from dead contracts, OP, or new tokens).
o Output: Empty USTC Oracle Pool, ready for configuration.
4. Prepare Market Module for Testing
o Goal: Reactivate the Market Module safely.(on testnet)
o Action:
Identify dependencies (e.g., swap systems, wallets).
Shift the Market Module’s reference from SDR to USTC real-time price.
o Output: Market Module updated for testnet deployment.
5. Redesign Market Module’s Liquidity Pools
o Goal: Transition from uni-pool to multi-conditional dynamic pools.
o Action:
Set limits on initial pools (e.g., 1000 USTC).
Implement conditional logic for opening larger pools.
o Output: Multi-conditional pool system implemented on testnet.
6. Develop and Simulate Conditional Pool Dynamics
o Goal: Test the dynamic pool system’s performance and safety.
o Action:
Use testnets to simulate conditions (e.g., pool scaling, recovery periods).
Refine base pool sizes, pool caps, and recovery time.
o Output: Tested and optimized conditional pool model.
7. Simulate CEX Behavior and OTC Scenarios on Testnet
o Goal: Assess market impacts using simulated exchanges.
o Action:
Create a CEX-like simulation on testnet to test Market Module.
Test buyback and OTC mechanisms for peg stabilization.
o Output: Results of market simulations and risk analysis.
8. Present Results and Iterate
o Goal: Share findings with the community and refine based on feedback.
o Action: Develop iterative proposals for each major step.
o Output: Separate governance proposals for community voting and adoption.

Key Notes for Team
• Each phase can be modularized into standalone governance proposals to ensure clarity and approval.
• Dead contracts and wallets must be identified and frozen for potential funding sources.
• Burn tax exclusion from swaps should remain for abuse prevention.
• Community-driven feedback will determine the source of USTC staking rewards.
